Almost
If you couldn't do it every single round, this one would almost be right for its price. A language isn't a big deal, nor counting as a demon, and a mass stunning is almost like Sound Burst, though this is notably bigger and better. Its the "at will, every round, constant stunlock" for 6000g which is my issue. -- Eiji-kun 17:39, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- This is a 10th level item, which means 10th level characters will use it. The graft rules, in fact, prohibit anything that isn't a 10th level character from using it. At 10th level, an at-will, Charisma-based stunlock isn't a huge deal. - MisterSinister 05:59, 16 August 2011 (UTC)
