This graft replaces the voicebox of the recipient, giving them the horrid voice of a vrock. As well as granting them impeccably good Abyssal language skills, it allows them to unleash a horrid shriek that stuns their enemies.
The user learns to speak Abyssal. Additionally, for the purpose of any sound-based ability, the user is treated as a demon.
When this graft is activated, all non-demons within 30ft (not including the recipient) must make a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 the user's character level or CR + the user's Constitution modifier) or become stunned for 1 round. This is a sonic ability.
