Problem

A gnome non-caster could take this to take a bonus feat at little-to-no cost. I'd make it give only metamagic feats. --Ghostwheel (talk) 21:50, 10 January 2016 (UTC)

That slightly problematic, but flaws being flaws there very little I can do to fix this. Also it meant to be usable by warlock and mage classes, which have no benefits from metamagic feats. --Leziad (talk) 23:01, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
