|benefit=Upon losing your arm, you roll a Bluff check against a DC of your own Will Save.  Upon success, you are convinced that the injury is not that bad and that you can keep fighting, much to the dismay and confusion of your opponent.  You then make a Fortitude Save against a DC of the amount of damage dealt.  If successful, the HP damage is completely negated, although you still lose the limb and continue to lose HP due to Bleeding until you are healed.  You take no dice penalties for losing a limb (if any such rules exist) and can wield a two-handed weapon in one hand with a -10 penalty.
