|benefit=You gain 2 additional power points and the psionic subtype. Choose a psionic discipline, you gain a 1st level power on the discipline list to your power known and a minor benefit based on the Discipline Chosen:

''Clairsentience:'' While psionically focused you can gain a +2 Insight bonus on any d20 roll as a free action, once per round.

''Metacreativity:'' You are able to create 1 pound of versatile ectoplasmic goop as a standard action. The goop is inedible but not toxic and can act as an moderately strong adhesive. After being applied and left to dry for 10 minutes it form a bond, being able to support up to 50 lbs and requiring a DC 15 [[Strength]] check to break. It can also act as slippery grease, granting a +8 bonus on [[SRD:Escape Artist Skill|Escape Artist]] check among other uses of greases. If the goop is adhesive or not is decided upon creation.

''Psychokinesis:'' You can bend spoons and even cause wounds with your mind. While psionically focused, as a swift action you can deal 1 point of force damage to any creature or object within close range. At manifester level 4th and each 4 thereafter you increase the damage dealt by 1.

''Psychometabolism:'' While psionically focused you have [[Rapid Healing (3.5e Creature Ability)|Rapid Healing]] equal to your manifester level.

''Psychoportation:'' While psionically focused, you may teleport 5 ft as a swift action, at 8th level and each 8 levels thereafter you increase the distance by up to 5 ft. You must have either line of sight or line of effect to your destination.

''Telepathy:'' Whenever you manifest a Telepathy power against a flat-footed opponent, increase the DC of the power by 2.
