This banner has seen some combat. It is pierced and slashed but hold still like the day it was made. This banner can be worn as cloak or placed as a flag on a ship. If worn as a cloak, it allows you to make a [[SRD:Intimidate Skill|''Demoralize Opponent'']] check as a move action and within 20 feet, you may also attempt to Demoralize Opponent against every hostile creature within 20 feet as a full-round action.

As a flag on a ship with this magic banner as its flag, the wind blow in its sails much more fiercely, allowing it to move twice as fast as normal.
