A well-made black banner with a skull etched onto it, very intimidating.
This banner has seen some combat. It is pierced and slashed but hold still like the day it was made. This banner can be worn as cloak or placed as a flag on a ship. If worn as a cloak, it allows you to make a Demoralize Opponent check as a move action and within 20 feet, you may also attempt to Demoralize Opponent against every hostile creature within 20 feet as a full-round action.
As a flag on a ship with this magic banner as its flag, the wind blow in its sails much more fiercely, allowing it to move twice as fast as normal.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, control winds, fear, crafter must have 8 ranks in Profession (Sailor).
