The wearer of this hat is under the constant effect of [[SRD:Nondetection|''nondetection'']], the caster level of this effect increase to 20th against the [[SRD:Arcane Sight|''arcane sight'']] and [[SRD:Detect Magic|''detect magic'']] spell (including variant of such). The wearer's equipment is also protected by the effect, and any magic aura (see [[SRD:Detect Magic|''detect magic'']]) the wearer create automatically fade after 1 round.
