A hat used by arcane spellcasters to avoid detection in area they were persecuted in. The wearer of this hat is under the constant effect of nondetection, the caster level of this effect increase to 20th against the arcane sight and detect magic spell (including variant of such). The wearer's equipment is also protected by the effect, and any magic aura (see detect magic) the wearer create automatically fade after 1 round.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, nondetection.
Cost to Create: 4,000 GP, 320 EXP, 8 days.
