::Man, now I'm kickin' myself for not uploading my broom stats. So, in lieu of that, a recommendation: since it uses quarterstaff proficiency, just treat it like you could that (optional double-weapon), but have one end deal non-leathal damage (the broom end). I agree with Eiji that you should be able to do mundane sweeping stuff with this as well as some sort of action.
