| I do not know the background of Moogles (outside of what can be found with a quick online search). However, this is a good LA 0 race with small size, +2 to a score, a limited gliding ability and some skill and save bonuses. Not overpowered, but gives some good options. And, as with all Marksman works, excellent fluff. |
