It's certainly brushing dangerously close on the high end of LA 0. 40 ft speed with climb, two natural weapons, very good poison, constrict, and spiked chains? And overall +2 stats (though this is normal in pathfinder). Really if I wanted to do anything with grappling or spiked chains I don't really have a reason NOT to use this.

Eiji Quick Tip: One good way to provide a cultural weapon but not give it at full power is by making the wording "they treat X Exotic Weapon as a martial weapon" like dwarves and dwarven waraxes. Mind you spiked chain IS still the best use of exotic weapon proficiency outside of homebrew so it's still better than the dwarven proficiency, but this one will at least require them to be proficient in martial weapons to make use of the chain's clear advantages. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 06:45, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
