Lesser cone of cold creates an area of extreme cold, originating at your hand and extending outward in a cone. It drains heat, dealing 1d4 points of cold damage per caster level (maximum 5d4). Lesser cone of cold leave fresh snow in it wake, all squared affected by lesser cone of cold are considered to be covered in snow.
