Lesser cone of cold creates an area of extreme cold, originating at your hand and extending outward in a cone. It drains heat, dealing 1d4 points of cold damage per caster level (maximum 5d4). Lesser cone of cold leaves fresh snow in its wake; all squares affected by lesser cone of cold are considered to be covered in snow.
