Quip Fighting [General]
Prerequisites: Entice ReactionBenefit: As a swift action you may designate a creature within line of sight as the target of incessant quips and insults. The target take a penalty to attack rolls, damage rolls, ability checks and skill checks based (as well as a possible special penalty) on the number of consecutive round they have been the target of this ability (see table below). After the original swift action no action is needed to maintain the effect, another swift action allow you to change your target however the penalty reset to -1. Additionally the DC of your Entice Reaction
