Yikes! I think this might be a bit too powerful for a level 3 spell... It makes dispel magic very, very jealous.
Dispel magic isn't a counterspell by comparison with Evocations. --Foxwarrior (talk) 02:23, 21 October 2012 (UTC)

If you're going to ready an action to counter a spell, you should go with an evocation, for damage that probably isn't enough to cause significant injury, but still results in a really big Concentration DC. --Foxwarrior (talk) 03:07, 21 October 2012 (UTC)
