The power inside the charm person spell is bit a shadow of it former self, this spell entrap a creature in a powerful charm. The creatures obey every orders and whims of the caster with the best of their abilities, usually incapable of even mild disobedience. The target is unable to harm or plot against the caster, although the caster does not know if the effect end.

If the caster attempt to make a creature perform an action contrary to their nature or a suicidal order require an opposed Charisma check, if the creature succeed it does not perform the action and is allowed a new Will save against the spell. Otherwise they will perform of the action as requested. A suicidal order grant a +4 bonus on both the check and the save. Once an order is resisted, it cannot be requested again for 24 hours.

Unlike a domination spell, the effect is subtle and no telepathic link if created. The target is effectively under the thrall of the caster and 'willingly' obey every order, they otherwise retain their personality and agency.

The spell does have a flaw, every day the target is allowed to make a DC 20 Intelligence check as a standard action to realize they are not themselves. On a success the creature is allowed a Will save to shake off the effect, otherwise they will dismiss the feeling and continue serving the caster.
