It appears to be a small stone, weathered and brown, that fits within a teaspoon. Slight ridges and dimples coat its surface, giving it an appearance similar to a nut.
When soaked in a cup of warm water, the stone transforms the water into tea after 5 minutes. The stone is unharmed and can be used repeatedly.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, purify food and drink.
