This template is a means for PC's to play a fey creature without the really high level adjustments.

Fey Touched
Fey touched creatures are creatures born with fey blood in them, typically 3rd generation or more. They are born with some of the unique abilities granted to them by their fey lineage. Depending on their lineage, they get different abilities. The most common are nymph, glaistig, and sirine.
Creating A Fey Touched
This template is an inherited template that can be applied to any humanoid, monstrous humanoid or giant. A fey touched creature uses all the base creature’s stats except as noted here.
Upon creation, choose the lineage of your fey touched creature from the following: nymph, glaistig or sirine.
Size and Type
Type changes to fey, and any subtypes remain in place, if applicable. Size does not change. Do not recalculate BAB, Saves, or skill points.
Hit Dice
Add 3 6-sided Hit Dice of fey to your over all character level. Fey have good Reflex and Will saves.
These racial HD count towards a character's total caster level.
Speed
Base land speed is 30 feet. Any other movement modes are added/stay, either by the base creature or the fey lineage (ie. swim, fly, burrow...).
Armor Class
The fey touched creature has the natural armor of the base creature or the fey lineage (which ever is higher, they do not stack).
Attack
Base attack bonus equal to 1/2 total Hit Dice (as wizard).
Special Attacks
All special attacks from the base creature stay and a choice of one of the special attacks that the fey lineage has can be added, except spells or spell-like abilities.

Special Qualities
Immune to Mind-Affecting Affects (Ex): A fey touched is immune to all spells and effects with the [Mind-Affecting] descriptor.

Abilities
Regardless of ancestry any fey touched creature will have the following adjustments: +4 to either Int, Wis or Cha, a –2 penalty to one physical ability score and a –2 penalty to one other mental ability score.
Skills
Add any class skills of the fey to your class skills. Skill points equal to (6 + Int modifier, minimum 1) per Hit Die, with quadruple skill points for the first Hit Die.
Feats
Add 2 Feats from the 3 racial HD gained from this template.

In order to have no level adjustment with this template applied one must only 1 special attack or 1 special quality.
