Head Wound

You have a head wound that has not fully healed or left a sequela, leaving you with bad headaches which troubles you constantly.

Effect: Whenever you are struck by a confirmed critical hit, or are brought below 0 hit point, or are dealt nonlethal damage equal or higher than your current hit point, you suffer from a terrible migraine which leaves you Staggered for 1d4 hours. In combat you are only Staggered by this flaw for 1 round after the triggering event or the start of combat. However the pain carries the same penalties as being Shaken until the end of the encounter, this does not stack with the penalties Shaken condition. If you rest without doing anything else, you reduce the duration of the migraine by 1 hour for each 10 minutes of rest.

You suffer from common headaches, plaguing you constantly, you take a -2 penalty on Concentration checks.

Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.

Special: Additionally choose a special trigger (very loud noise, failing a will save, etc) that also causes this flaw to take effect.
