Freezing Breeze [Monstrous, Elemental] Prerequisites: (Cold) Subtype, 8 HD or more, Huge size or more, must have a Constitution ScoreBenefit: The first round after the creature rolls its initiative, it emits a wide area of frost and a freezing breeze which drop the temperature down to 0°F. The creature emits a supernatural area of freezing breeze with a range of 20 ft for a Huge size category creature (+20 ft for each size category larger than Huge). At the beginning of each of the creature's round, this area deals 1d6 cold damage per each 8 HD of the creature to all other creatures in the area. This damage doubles if a creature is on the same square as a creature using this feat. A successful Fortitude saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 HD of the creature + Constitution modifier of the creature) halves the cold damage. The freezing breeze is sufficiently cold to reduce the base land speed (and all other type of movement) of all creature in the area by half, and it imposes a penalty of -4 to all Dextirity-based skill checks to every creature not immune to cold. Finally, all spells with the Fire descriptor have their duration, range and damage divided by two in this area.
