Numbing Spell [Metamagic]
The orc barbarian could not move its axe so swiftly after the druid's spell.Benefit: You may use this metamagic feat only on Cold spells. A numbing cold spell inflicts the numbed condition to the target, lasting one round per spell level.
A numbing spell uses up a spell slot two levels higher than the spell's actual level.
