Stygian Frost Blast

|
Your eldritch blast becomes a freezing river of ice and slush that chills to the soul. You deal cold damage, and the target must make a Reflex save or be rendered immobilized and unable to make attacks of opportunity for 1 round as they struggle with the building ice. A successful save negates the immobilization and loss of attacks of opportunity, but not the damage.
This essence counts as Hellrime Blast for the purpose of pre-requisites.
