This hat has broad sides. A pair of wings are drawn on the sides.
The hat of flying is a hat (of any design) which does not actually grant the power to fly. Instead, the hat can be removed and thrown (an attack action) and the hat will take flight on its own. Hats are too small and soft to deal any damage, but its user can mentally direct the flight path of the hat as a free action anywhere within 1000 ft. If line of effect is broken between the user and his hat, the hat floats to the ground until control is re-established or the hat gains a new owner (by someone wearing it on their head).
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, fly.
Cost to Create: 75 gp, 6 EXP, 1 day.
