Beam Blast
Saiyan Warrior Lesser; 5th

This ability enhances on the Saiyan Warrior's ki volley attack, but he has learned how to infuse his ki volleys with more ki energy. A Saiyan Warrior with this ability has learned how to keep his ki flowing and to then form it into a beam attack. This beam takes a full round action to prepare and provokes an attack of opportunity. If struck a Saiyan Warrior must make a concentration check to continue the attack. The beam can then can be fired on the Saiyan Warrior's following turn as a full round action. This attack automatically deals the normal Ki Volley damage, and the Saiyan Warrior can spends 5 points of ki to add 2d6 damage to the attack. He may spend 5 ki per class level on the beam. This ki is spent during the first full round action.

The beam is resolved as a ranged touch attack with a Reflex save for half damage. The DC of this save is DC 25 + the Saiyan Warriors Dexterity modifier. If the beam misses the original target completely it continues on for 100 feet per class level until it strikes another creature or object. The beam must also hit a secondary creatures touch AC and must then also make the same Reflex saving throw as the original. If it strikes an unattended object or surface such as a wall, mountain or ground, then it bypasses any objects hardness and that surface or object takes the damage instead with no save.

Example: If Toma a 20th level Saiyan Warrior used this ability he could spend just 5 ki points and this attack would deal his 2d10 unarmed damage that he normally gets with Ki Volley and then he would also get 2d6 damage for the attack. So for the 5 ki spent this beam would deal 2d10 + 2d6. However, because hes 20th level, if he chose to, he could also spend 100 points of ki on the beam and it would deal the normal 2d10 damage from Ki Volley and then 40d6 for the amount of ki he spent on the attack.

Ka.. Me.. Ha.. Me.. HA!!
This ability is a catch all ability that is the basis for most beam attacks in the Dragonball Z series such as Kamehameha Wave, Big Bang Attack, Final Flash, Special Beam Cannon, Masenko, etc
