Mental Sedative

A thick liquid made to calm the nerves and dismiss bad thoughts. If mental sedative is ingested or injected it will replicate the effect of calm emotions for 1 hour. If the user suffer from Madness it prevent mindbreak and the accumulation of more madness for 1 hour.

However the substance has a large drawback, for it whole 1 hour duration the user cannot make any Intelligence-based checks and skill checks. They also become dulled and unreactive, taking a -12 penalty on initiative for the duration as well.

Craft (Alchemy) DC 25. Market Price 500 gp.
