A terrible spell created by a the Witchlightian Sorceress Liliane, designed to end wars in a few seconds. As you cast this spell you fire a beam of energy in the sky, in order to perform it function it must reach low-orbit which require between 1 and 3 rounds depending on the caster's elevation. Upon reaching the desired height, the beam split off into thousand upon thousands of thinner beams and make descent after 1 round. The spell must be concentrated on for the duration of the entire process or the spell fail.

All creatures in the extremely large radius of the spell are targeted by a single beam, which seek them unerringly. The beam will dig through cover to get to it target, even total cover provided by objects that can be destroyed provide no defenses. The beam never miss, and strike for 15d10 damage with a Reflex save allowed for half damage. Only creatures in an Antimagic area or within 40 feet of the caster are safe from the beams.

After the initial shock, the spell may be still concentrated on. For each additional round of concentration, the area of the spell increase by 1 mile and a new salvo of beam is fired. Ominicide Beam may only fire a single beam at a particular creature per casting and thus only new arrivals or creatures in the extended range are at risk.

After the caster cease concentrating she automatically become exhausted and take 1d6 points of Constitution Ability Burn.

Focus: An optional focus may be provided for Omnicide Beam in the form of an artifact important to a race, religion or other group of people. If such item is provided the beam only target that particular group of people and ignore anyone else.
