Upon casting this spell, the caster hulk up, gaining a massive amount of muscles and become extremely tough. The caster weight's quadruple and she become 25% taller as well. This translate to a +18 Bonus to Strength, 10 temporary hit points per caster level and all benefits of the Shrekken Touched template (except ability score bonus) for the duration of the spell.
However the sudden mass increase has a drawbacks, the caster also suffer a -8 penalty to Dexterity and all of her speed are halved. If the caster had multiple attacks from high base attack bonus she also lose one, to a minimum of 1. Finally in this state the use is incapable of using immediate actions.
The spell immediately end if the temporary hit points it grant are depleted. Upon ending the caster take a -4 penalty to Strength for an hour and become Exhausted.
