A old gray banner with some faded drawing etched into it, it bring good luck at sea.
This banner is of good-making but has seen much uses, it has been at sea for so long that it smells of salt. This banner can be worn as cloak or placed as a flag on a ship. If worn as a cloak, it grant a +4 luck bonus on Swim and Profession (Sailor) as well as cold resistance 5
A flag with this magic banner as it flag treat water is if it was one category calmer, if it sinks it will sink ten time as slowly.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, control winds, resist energy, crafter must have 8 ranks in Profession (Sailor).
