Crossbow Assist Tool

Reload your crossbow faster with this tool

This tool is a special addon to manual crossbows, when attached to crossbows it reduces the reload time by one step, i.e. a move action becomes a swift action, a swift action a free action. The reduced load time stacks with rapid reload. This can not be added on repeating crossbows.

An advanced one can be created or bought for use, when attached to a crossbow it lowers reload time by 2 steps.

Craft (Tool) DC 15 for basic tool, 20 for advanced tool.

Market Price 4 gp for basic tool for hand crossbow, 8 gp for advanced tool for hand crossbow,7 gp for basic tool for light crossbowss, 14 gp for advanced for light crossbows, 10 gp for basic tool for Heavy crossbows, 17 gp for advanced tool for heavy crossbows.
