Hero's Epic Fall Injury Tables

You have fallen and taken damage from the fall itself.
Roll a Constitution save.

Total fall damage = Injury DC

If, saving throw < Injury DC, roll for injuries.

Roll a d6 to determine the number of fall injuries.
Roll of 1 or 6 = 1 injury
Roll of 2 or 5 = 2 injuries
Roll of 3 = 3 injuries
Roll of 4 = 1 injury

Rule 1. Each injury causes you to gain 1 level of exhaustion, unless noted otherwise, adding up to 5 possible points of exhaustion.

Rule 2. Re-rolling the same location & injury has no effect.

Rule 3. One symptom of injury may heal with each long rest.

Rule 4. Injuries listed with a DC # will not heal over time, without at least one succesful Medicine check against the listed DC.
