Design Note: Oath of Glory Updates[edit]

[1] Here are the main updates in this subclass since Tasha's Cauldron of Everything:

  • Inspiring Smite no longer requires a Bonus Action, and it now works with all the spells provided by the Paladin’s Smite feature.
  • Peerless Athlete now lasts for 1 hour rather than 10 minutes.
  • Aura of Alacrity now enhances Aura of Protection, which results in the feature’s range being greater than before.

Oath of Glory[1] subclass (pointer)
Oath of Glory is a subclass of the Paladin class.

This paladin subclass focuses on heroism and glory.

  • Challenges Are but Tests.
  • Hone the Body.
  • Discipline the Soul.

Subclass Features

Summary: When hit with a Paladin’s Smite spell, can use Channel Divinity to provide Temporary Hit Points [2] to you and or allies.

Glorious Defense

15th Feature

  • Charismatic. Buff Charisma checks.
  • Saving Throw Reroll. Use Reaction to reroll failed saving throws.

You can regain one use of this feature by expending a 5th-level spell slot.
