Power Up
You must gather yourself before you can fight at your full potential, which leaves you somewhat vulnerable.
Effect: During the first turn you can act in a battle you are staggered and take a –2 penalty on AC. If you act in a surprise round, you may only take a move action.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
