Lethargic
You feel slow and without energy constantly, you hardly put any efforts in moving or getting things done.
Effect: You have a -5 penalty to your base land speed and when you run, you move at three times your speed instead of four times. Additionally, you take a –2 penalty on initiative checks.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
