Aquaphobia
You are afraid of large bodies of water, this lead you to be very careful around them. If you are pushed into it you quickly panic.
Effect: You are At Bay from body of waters of 20 feet square or larger within 30 feet of you. If you unwillingly become totally submerged in liquid, you become panicked (attempting to return to solid ground); even when back on solid ground, you are so shocked that you are shaken for an hour.
Additionally you take a -4 penalty on Swim checks and can never take 10 on them.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
Special: The status inflicted by this flaw bypasses immunities.
