These dainty embroidered silk shoes have tight laces to snuggly wrap the feet. Despite their appearance, they're actually comfortable and quite durable.
When donned, these dainty shoes shrink the wearer's feet just a bit1, an effect that remains in place until they're removed.
They grant the wearer a +2 bonus on Perform (dance) skill checks. Additionally, the wearer may walk across short distances of water. The wearer gains the benefits of water walk any time they step upon a liquid for that round. They must step back onto firm ground for 1 round to again gain this benefit.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, cat's grace, water walk.
Cost to Create: 250, 20 EXP, 1 day.
1Pairs are occasionally created that instead greatly shrink the wearer's feet, though we don't need to get into the whole thing of cultural beauty standards and foot binding here.
