This power is meant as a replacement for the SRD animal affinity power.

Power Overflow

Power Points:	3

You concentrate psionic energy in your body or mind, creating an incredible flux of energy. This power grants you a +4 enhancement bonus to any of your ability scores for the duration of this power.

At your option you may spend your psionic focus as a free action, doubling the enhancement bonus this power grants. Upon doing so, the power immediately ends at the start of your next turn and you take an amount of non-lethal damage equal to the manifester level of this power.

If this power is placed on a permanent psionic item or its duration is made longer than 10 minutes/level, its bonus is halved.

Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.

1. For each 2 additional power points you spend, you can affect an additional ability score with this power.

2. For each 4 additional power points you spend, you increase the enhancement bonus granted by this spell by +2, to a maximum of +10.

3. For 6 additional power points you spend, you may manifest this power as a swift action.
