Why does my heart feel so bad? [General] The foes fell to the ground clutching their chestPrerequisites: Bardic music ability, Perform 17 ranks, charisma 19Benefit: The user sings an eerie song, requiring a full action move that is uninterrupted. All enemies within 15 feet of the bard must make a fort save or suffer catastrophic heart failure. A creature who fails is instantly reduced to -1 hit points and is dying. Creatures who save take 1d10 damage(no save) and are exhausted until they rest, magic healing does not work for this exhaustion. Creatures without a heart or equivalent are immune. This uses up a bardic music use for the day. Special: Being deaf provides some protection, creatures can save again, a failed save works like if they had passed the fort save, a successful save negates the effects altogether. A silence effect or spell protects creatures from the effects completely.
