When you create this weave, choose one of the following effects:
- Awaken: Instantly and completely wake up up to 3 sleeping creatures within range per point of energy you spend creating this weave. Those creatures are not treated as flat-footed, and act immediately after you do. By doubling the amount of energy you spend on this weave, you can increase the range to Medium.
- Uncertainty: One target within range gets a -5 morale penalty to Will saves if they fail a Will save. Uncertainty costs 9 points of energy.
- Sustain: Sustaining Uncertainty is a move action to sustain the penalty for 1 more round.
- Tie Off: Tying off Uncertainty costs 20 points of energy, and takes 1 minute.
- Turn Undead: One target undead creature must make a Will save or become frightened. If it succeeds on its Will save, it is still shaken. Turn Undead costs 7 points of energy.
- Sustain: Sustaining Turn Undead is a move action to sustain the fear for 3 more rounds.
- Tie Off: Tying off Turn Undead costs 18 points of energy, and takes 1 minute.
- Inflict Nightmares: The target sleeping creature will wake up fatigued, and take one-quarter its maximum health in nonlethal damage, if it fails a Will save. If it succeeds, it will just take one-eighth of its maximum health in nonlethal damage. This effect is instantaneous; getting rid of the fatigue and damage will probably require more rest, or magic.
