A thermos lined with a layer of blue iceFrostburn in the inside and possessing minor magic. As long as it sealed, it keep everything inside magically cooled to between -25 and 45 °F, which can be adjusted by the user as a standard action. The thermos can be opened or sealed as a free action, if left open, things inside heat up half as fast as they normally would in their environment.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, detect heat, ray of winter, refrigerate, crafter must provide 50 gp worth of blue iceFrostburn for the inner lining.
