The final act, the closure of your play: ending all lives at once.
By spending 17 ki points, as a full-round action, you replicate the spell weird. This technique may only affect one target per Charisma modifier that sees you in a 60 feet (18 meters) range. The targets that fail the Will save, but not the Fortitude save, don't suffer any damage but are panicked for one round per Charisma modifier.
You may increase each save DC separately by 1 for every additional ki point you spend.
This counts as a supernatural ability.
