Channeler of the True Power
Channelers of the True Power include all those that have the capacity to embrace the True Power granted by the Dark One, from Forsaken to Dragons.
Making a Channeler of the True Power
Channelers of the True Power are a form of caster. All channelers of the True Power were granted this ability by the Dark One.
Abilities: The sheer quantity of the True Power one can channel is determined by their Charisma and Constitution modifiers. The channeler uses Dexterity to determine weaving skill and save DCs.
Races: Ogier do not possess channelers.
Alignment: Any except Lawful Good or Lawful Neutral.
Starting Gold: 6d4×10 gp (150 gp).
Starting Age: Simple.

All of the following are class features of the Channeler of the True Power.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Channelers of the True Power are proficient with simple and martial weapons.
Energy Pool: The Channeler of the True Power has an energy pool that can contain up to 75 + their Constitution score × 2 points. The channeler naturally regains 1 point of energy every hour, and can regain all points by permanently reducing their Wisdom score by 1 point as a move action. If the Channeler of the True Power has an Energy Pool of saidin or saidar, it is kept separate.
Energy Per Round: Channelers of the True Power cannot spend more energy in any given round than 15 + their Charisma modifier, although on any round in which they spend more than 6 + their Charisma modifier, they permanently lose 1 point of Intelligence.
Save DCs: The Save DC of a weave that the Channeler of the True Power channels is equal to 10 + half her character level + their Dexterity modifier, whichever is higher. If the channeler Ties Off a weave, that weave's Save DC decreases by 3.
See Channeling (Su): The Channeler of the True Power can identify weaves being created through the use of the True Power, although they will only know the elements involved unless they also know that same weave theirself.
Appearance (Su): The Channeler of the True Power always has 1 speck of darkness (saa) drifting around in each eye equal to the number of points of Wisdom and Intelligence they have lost. A number of additional saa are visible for 1 minute after the Channeler creates a weave with the True Power equal to the number of power points they spent to create it. If the Channeler of the True Power has lost 6 or more points of Wisdom, their mouth burns with fire. If the Channeler of the True Power has lost 6 or more points of Intelligence, their eyes burn with fire.
