Chosen Foe
Tier: HeroicBenefit: Once per encounter you can mark a foe as a minor action until the start of your next turn. If you target the marked foe before the start of your next turn with an attack, you gain a bonus to a single damage roll against the marked foe. You can only gain this damage bonus once per encounter. The damage bonus is based on your level, as indicated on the table below.
