You change the climate in the area to sub-zero temperatures. The cold front increases the output of all spells, spell-like abilities, and powers with a cold effect by one caster level. Conversely, the cold front also decreases the output of spells, spell-like abilities, and powers with a fire effect by one caster level. Regardless of where a cold- or fire-type spell was cast, if the effect of the spell takes place within the cold front, it is affected in the way described.
The effects of this power may not stack through multiple usages.
Any creature in the area that is not immune to cold effects and does not have endure elements cast on it must make a fortitude save or become fatigued.

Special: The warm front and cold front powers may cancel each other if cast into the same area. Only the power cast by the higher-level user may persist.
