The Thieves Guild of Morgandeim has long held this unique and precious dagger in their coffer. When the guild was taken out the dagger was lost on the black market. Now who know where it is.
The Darkdrifter Dagger is a +2 Keen Black Pearl Dagger with a 18-20/x2 critical threat range (15-20/x2 taking in account it keen). Whenever a critical threat is rolled with the dagger you may decide to not roll to confirm, sacrificing the potential critical hit. If you do the dagger become like shadow and the struck creature is flat-footed against the attack.
While wielding the Darkdrift Dagger you may attempt a Sleight of Hand as a swift action.
The Darkdrifter Dagger is a unique item that cannot be replicated, but is not an artifact and thus may be destroyed or enhanced further as normal.
