Casting time: 1 full-round action
Range: Long (400 ft. + 40 ft./level)
Effect: A storm of flaming death skulls that explode when they hit something.
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: See Text
Spell Resistance: See Text

As you cast this spell, you unleash a literal storm of huge flying, burning skulls. Upon casting this spell, and at the beginning of each of your turns, 1d4+2 swarms of skulls come crashing down within the spell range. Each of those swarms of skulls behaves like a casting of meteor swarm, but deals half negative damage and inflicts 1 negative level on a failed save. However, each swarm of skulls cannot strike within 50 feet of each other; their areas cannot overlap, nor they can strike at the same creature.

All hostile creatures who witness this spell are shaken for its duration and 1d4 rounds afterward. Creatures with 4 less hit dice than your caster level are cowered instead. During the duration of the spell, the sky appears to be on fire; this has no mechanical effects except for being pretty freaky.
