Deliberately Unaware

You never cared much for studying economics and have no motivation to do so in the future. As a result, you are naive toward the market bartering system.

Prerequisite: Cannot take feats for the appraise skill.

Effect: You cannot barter for a lower price.
You suffer a -4 penalty toward appraisal checks when determining the worth of an object's value and you cannot invest ranks into the Appraise skill.
Lastly, merchants who notice this might take advantage if they are not good aligned and charge you 10% more and you cannot notice this if they do so.

Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.

Special: If you are ever duped when purchasing an item, such as being overcharged, you do not notice.
