Dire Orc Adrenal Gland[edit]
This nefarious graft is nothing less than the adrenal glad of a dire orc, extracted while it was still alive. It is essentially a poor man's demon heart. The host of the graft receives the ability to use the dire orc's dire rage ability. If the host is a dire orc it receives an additional use of rage per day. The user of this graft always receives a +2 morale bonus on melee attacks and melee damage rolls, a +2 bonus on all saves, a -4 penalty to AC, and DR X, where X is 2 + one-half their character level.
This graft is prized by barbarians, as it not only grants an additional use of rage but also increase the potency of their rage. Sadly, this graft comes with some drawbacks. due to the adrenaline increase, the host receives the anger issue flaw.
Graft Flesh (Fiendish), rage; Price 6,000 gp, the adrenal gland must be extracted from a living dire orc.
