Fear of Needles
Oh god no one told me I was getting a shot! Noooooo!!!!!
Prerequisite: Cannot be immune to piercing damage.
Effect: You gain damage susceptibility/piercing equal to 2 + 1/2 your HD. Whenever you are hit with piercing damage which bypasses any pre-existing damage reduction, you take an additional 2 + 1/2 your HD points of damage. If you take a critical threat from piercing damage, the threat is automatically confirmed.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
Special: This can also become Fear of Blades and Fear of Broken Bones, which are slashing and bludgeoning respectively.
