Flesh Altered
Your unorthodox appearance can make it difficult to socialise.
Prerequisite: You have been permanently altered by Flesh Craft (Chirurgery, Flesh Warped, Flesh Wrapped, or something similar, such as a major deformity, with DM approval.)
Effect: There is a 25% chance that an NPC who sees unorthodox appearance may find it interesting or even fascinating. (Treat as a 75-100 on a 1d100 roll.)
There is a 50% chance the NPC will act neutral towards it, either keeping their opinions to themselves or masking their reaction towards it. (Treat as a 26-74 on a 1d100 roll.)
There is a 25% chance that the NPC will be repulsed, frightened, or even offended by your unorthodox appearance.
A repulsed NPC will not touch you and stay at least 15 feet away from you, if possible.
A frightened NPC will attempt to flee and not trust you, nor will that NPC interact with you in the future.
An offended NPC will find something amoral and reprehensible about your unorthodox appearance, based upon their personal beliefs, and may become hostile, either outright attacking you, or by inciting a mob of like minded NPCs to attack you. (Treat as a 1-25 on a 1d100 roll.)
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
Special: If you ever somehow lose your unorthodox appearance, you lose one feat, chosen by the DM, until you have an unorthodox appearance again. If this feat is a prerequisite to other feats, you lose those feats, as well, by default.
